Your team signs in to the secure User Portal, and admins sign in to a separate admin area. The Customer Admin area is sign-in only, at portal.sayhex.com/admin, and it is set up for you after your account is approved.

How signing in works: what you can do on the website, how your team signs in to the portal, and how admins sign in.
The User Portal
Your team signs in at portal.sayhex.com. Signing up on the portal only sends a request, and your account is created after we set it up.
The admin area
Admins sign in at portal.sayhex.com/admin after your account is approved. The website can point you to the sign-in or a demo request, but it cannot grant admin access.
Good to know
You cannot create a Customer Admin account from this website
